Within the company, she covers a broad area of responsibility that includes the following areas: Marketing, strategic market and product development, business consulting and personal development. As an experienced senior business consultant with over 20 years of experience in online marketing, she not only brings extensive expertise to the table, but also makes a decisive contribution to the company’s overall success. Her outstanding role and strategic foresight are decisive for the development and scaling of companies.

With an impressive professional career of 10 years in Human Resources in large corporations and medium-sized companies, Yvonne Stein has extensive experience in sales and in-depth knowledge in various subject areas. Her strong transfer thinking and leadership skills enabled her to start and scale her own successful business as a client of our company in 2018, before joining the FortuneFamily team at the end of 2018 to share her expertise. She has been a member of the management team since 2021, where she focuses on the quality assurance of our products, the training of consultants and responsibility for the scaling package.

Andrea Wedel is a federally certified marketing communications manager, has almost 30 years of management and project management experience and, as a member of the management board of a large Swiss marketing agency, has advised dozens of major international companies from a strategic and operational perspective. On top of this, she has over 20 years‘ experience in recruiting and managing assessment centers and has advised management bodies on personnel selection and development. After 18 years with her own HR and business coaching company, Andrea Wedel has been an official member of the FortuneFamily management team since 2023. Her focus is on organizational, leadership and personnel development, process optimization and tracking, quality control and expansion. Her many years of experience and impressive expertise make her a valuable asset to our management team.

Alice Hagen has been part of our team as an experienced consultant since 2023. Before joining FortuneFamily, she successfully built up her own online business with a focus on social media marketing. With many years of experience as a business mentor, she brings extensive knowledge in the areas of social media marketing and social selling and enriches the team with her expertise.

Monika Beye joined the Fortune Family team in 2024 as an experienced consultant. She holds a degree in business administration and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector in the areas of sales, controlling, marketing, communications and key accounts, and is able to put her extensive experience to excellent use in supporting our clients. Her expertise and passion for supporting clients with innovative solutions on their path to growth and success make her a valuable part of our team of consultants.

Feven Winde has been a valuable member of our team of consultants since 2023. With her extensive expertise and many years of experience, she accompanies our clients professionally and supports them in developing the courage to be unique and to scale their companies. She makes a significant contribution to achieving individual growth targets in an effective way.

Stefanie Gerdes is part of the mentoring team. She was one of the first clients of our management consultancy and has been loyal to us ever since. With her ability to contribute her own experience, she is a very valuable asset to the team.

Melanie has completed various training courses and degree programs, including a degree in business administration and various training courses on product sales and burnout. At FortuneFamily, she works enthusiastically as a consultant and supports our customers with her extensive expertise

In her role as a sales representative, Kate Bergmann acts as the first point of contact for prospective clients of the Fortune Family. Her experience as a mental coach enables her to provide attentive and empathetic professional support to our clients who are striving for change and to open up the space for diverse opportunities and unlimited potential.

As head of our company’s back office, Martina Marinelli has extensive experience as an IT systems administrator, mentor and expert in the areas of organization, office management and structure. With her many years of experience in both online and offline back office, office management and accounting as well as her qualification as an IHK specialist for office applications, she makes a significant contribution to efficient organization.

Derya Bachert has been a valuable member of our company since 2022 as a personal assistant to the management. With her strong organizational skills and passionate dedication, she is committed to ensuring that no obstacle is too great and that both the management and the entire team receive the best possible support.

Jennifer Benkenstein worked for over 15 years in large corporations as an assistant to divisional management, trainer and accountant, including in well-known companies. In 2020, Jennifer became self-employed and has enriched our team as a virtual assistant to our management since 2024.

Petra Krist, a member of the marketing team, brings professional expertise to the table as a long-standing banking specialist and certified copywriter and marketing strategist. With her professional eye for the big picture and her expertise in process management, she is a valuable asset. She also impresses with her love of words and her ability to empathize with a wide variety of target groups.

As an expert in paid advertising, Michel is responsible for FortuneFamily’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram and YouTube. Thanks to a wealth of further training and certifications as well as practical knowledge gained from working with renowned coaches in German-speaking countries, Michel ensures that the right target group is addressed at the right time.
